In earlier videos of the Stanley Hotel Investigation, the TAPS team wired certain sections of the hotel to see what they could find and began capturing evidence. In Part 5, Jason plays a trick on the other members of the team, and discovers an explanation for the screaming and wailing that comes from the concert hall. And in Room 1302, Grant has an uncanny experience.
In Part 6, the technical team analyzes the evidence that has been captured on camera, and audio.
In Part 7, Jason and Grant present the evidence they've captured to representatives of The Stanley Hotel.
In Part 8, the last video, Jason and Grant conclude that The Stanley Hotel is definitely haunted.

I have had experiences over my short years of life with ghosts calling my name, shaking my bed, shadows jump across the room or have the feeling of being watched while I'm trying to sleep. Now this has happened everywhere I moved, so I just wanted to say you guys are awesome and if you ever need another hunter with strong nerves shout back.
Hey Nova Star, a lot of researchers got their start because of experiences like you describe. The phenomenon following you isn't that unusual either. If you'd like to begin investigating, I'm sure Michelle can point you toward a group in your area if you leave her your location. Good luck and Good hunting!
I just returned from a stay at the Stanley Hotel and I say with all sincerity that several strange things happened to me. I went there knowing nothing of the haunted activities. I simply thought it would be a nice historical hotel to spend a couple of days.
I checked in around 1:00 p.m. on May 21st. When I got in my room (223) there was a lot of loud commotion in the room above me, like construction etc. I called the front desk and the girl said "No, it must be the maid." She assured me she would check on it and get it stopped. I left and went for a drive into the park; when I returned, no more noise, fine. That night in bed, I slept fine until around 3:00 when I awoke and felt spooked. I never think about such things but I definitely was getting scared there all by myself. So I just lay there listening and trying to fall asleep. Every hour or so I would hear someone in the room above me get up, walk across the room, use the restroom, walk across the floor again, as if they were getting back in bed. No big deal, right? Around 4:00 I'm laying there getting more and more spooked because I keep hearing little sounds in the room and feeling like there is a presence. About that time, the lights come on!!!! I about had a heart attack!!!! I jumped up, fiddled with the lights, and tried to calm myself. I went into the bathroom. In there, I heard what sounded like music in the room above, nice classical music softly playing. I figured it must be the guy upstairs and his TV was on. Remember this is all happening between 3:00 and 5:30.
When daylight finally arrives, everything seems normal again. My feelings of dread have dissipated with the sunrise. I then went to the restaurant for breakfast. When I returned, the construction noise was once again in full swing. I decide to go up there and see for myself how a maid could make so much noise cleaning a room…..When I got up to the room, it became obvious that no one was staying on the third floor; all the rooms in that vicinity of the third floor were stripped and being rebuilt. No one spent the night in the room above me….Who got up during the night to use the restroom??? I heard it on three distinct occasions during the night. The workman I spoke to assured me the doors were locked at night as there were tools etc..left in the room. Between the footsteps above me, and the music, and the lights switching on out of nowhere, let me tell you I was beginning to believe in this stuff. That's when I began to research online, and lo and behold my stories are common in this hotel.
The next night I heard nothing, felt nothing, everything seemed fine. The only odd thing was the next morning, the TV remote was in an awkward place on the nightstand (behind the lamp) and my glasses were folded neatly, balanced on top of the remote. Never can I imagine setting my glasses in such a position. I would have simply turned off the TV, set the remote by me on the table and laid my glasses unfolded where I can easily reach them. I realize none of these things are proof of the supernatural, all can be explained, but I tell you, it makes me wonder…. I plan on going back soon with my wife and see what happens next. I'll keep you posted.
Hi John. Wow, very interesting. Thanks for sharing your story. As you've discovered by now, there are literally hundreds of people who have experienced paranormal activity while staying at the Stanley Hotel. According to reports, the entire 4th floor is quite active (and from what you've described, it sounds like the 2nd and 3rd floors may be active too). Glad to hear you're going back with your wife.
Sure, let us know how things go.

Experienced ghosts in my parents' home as a child.
My family and I went to the Stanley Hotel just to look around last weekend and had a freaky experience on the fourth floor. There was an empty wrapper from an energy drink powder left on the fire extinguisher case on the wall. Thinking that someone had just left trash there, my sister went to pick up the wrapper and it flew ahead of her hand so she couldn't grab it. It made a loud scratching sound as it slide along the top of the case and along the wall.
After watching this episode, I'm left wondering if it was one of the children on the fourth floor messing around with us. I can't think of an explaination for what happened.
I'm obsessed with thinking about it and want to go back.
